BOOKING POLICY
Once booked, spots cannot be refunded. If your child is unable to attend, you have two options:
you can arrange with another parent in advance (and potentially ask them to cover the fees by paying you directly) and inform me of the replacement child's name via email no later than 24 hours before the session.
I will randomly select a child enrolled in the afterschool care service on the same day.
PAYMENTS AND INVOICES
As of today, all payments are made via e-transfer in Canadian dollars.
An invoice summarizing all payments made during a quarter will be sent at the end of the respective quarter.
SAFETY AND WARNINGS
When booking, it is your responsibility to inform Rainbow Ravens of any allergies or medical conditions your child may have.
For cooking classes, a complete list of ingredients will be provided with each preparation that goes home. All preparations should be consumed within a few days of being made. Rainbow Ravens is not responsible for any incidents resulting from the consumption of these preparations.
Cooking classes and nature classes are messy activities. It is your responsibility to dress your child in clothes that can get dirty or damaged. Rainbow Ravens declines any requests for compensation related to soiled and/or damaged belongings.
Aprons will be provided for cooking classes. Whenever possible, rain gear used by the teachers may be borrowed for nature classes.
PICK-UP
Children remain under the responsibility of the daycare service at all times. Bérénice picks up registered children from the person in charge of the daycare service and releases them back to that same person.
Pick-up is never done directly with Bérénice, and you must always coordinate with the daycare service to collect your child.
If you arrive early, you must wait outside the facility. You cannot interrupt a workshop, except in serious circumstances to be discussed with Bérénice.
No parents are allowed to attend the workshops to protect the confidentiality and comfort of the participating children.
